The bulkhead elbow consists of a stainless steel body with a push-in collet, a threaded panel nut, and a sealing O-ring. The elbow shape allows tubing to be routed parallel to the panel after passing through it. Installation involves inserting the threaded section through a panel cutout, securing it with the nut, and then pushing the tube into the collet until it bottoms out. The fitting is suitable for use in pneumatic control systems, instrumentation, and fluid handling where a compact, corrosion-resistant connection is needed. The stainless steel construction provides resistance to corrosion and is compatible with a range of media.
